Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage key human resource functions, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the organization’s growth by driving effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.

• Support performance management, training, and employee development programs.

• Handle payroll coordination, leave tracking, and attendance management.

• Address employee concerns and manage employee relations professionally and confidentially.

• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.

• Experience in the consultancy or professional services industry preferred.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.

• Proficiency in HR software and attendance systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
