We are hiring an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations for a leading cocktail bar in Dubai. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for F&B positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Conduct new staff orientation and training sessions.

• Prepare, implement, and update company policies and SOPs.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with UAE regulations.

• Support HR-related initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Open to Filipino and Sri Lankan nationals, male, aged 40 and below.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the F&B industry.

• Experience handling 300+ employees.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR documentation.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
