Job Title: HR Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, training, and performance management. This role is key to fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the company’s HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing

Post job openings, screen applications, and schedule interviews.

Collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.

Conduct interviews and assessments as part of the hiring process.

Oversee onboarding activities, including orientation and document verification.
Employee Relations

Address employee queries and concerns promptly.

Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and encourage a positive work atmosphere.

Organize employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
Payroll & Benefits Administration

Assist in processing payroll and ensuring timely salary payments.

Administer employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.

Maintain attendance, leave, and absence records accurately.
Training & Development

Identify organizational training needs.

Coordinate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
Performance Management

Support goal setting, feedback collection, and evaluations.

Maintain performance records and assist with improvement plans.
Compliance & Record Keeping

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and contracts.

Assist with HR-related audits and reporting.
HR Reporting & Administration

Prepare HR reports on attendance, recruitment, and training.

Manage HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in HR roles (HR Assistant, Coordinator, or Executive).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High attention to detail, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
