Job Title: HR Coordinator 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator  to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Employee Relations & Benefits

  • Assist in benefits administration and address employee inquiries.
  • Handle HR-related queries, offering support to employees.

Payroll & Attendance

  • Track employee time-off requests and support payroll processing.

Employee Engagement & Training

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

📌 Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience (preferred).

 

📌 Key Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
