Job Title: HR Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
✅ HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
✅ Employee Relations & Benefits
- Assist in benefits administration and address employee inquiries.
- Handle HR-related queries, offering support to employees.
✅ Payroll & Attendance
- Track employee time-off requests and support payroll processing.
✅ Employee Engagement & Training
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
📌 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience (preferred).

✔ Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
