Oracle is hiring an HR Consultant to join their MEA HR team in Dubai, UAE. This role provides the opportunity to work on the full employee lifecycle, manage a wide range of queries, and collaborate with various departments such as Payroll, Finance, and IT. The HR Consultant will also partner with specific lines of business, offering high-level coaching and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR issues, providing guidance and support via email, phone, or in-person.

• Provide advice on global HR policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.

• Support Business Partners, line managers, and employees with various HR activities.

• Ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

• Lead/coordinator for key HR processes, improving efficiency and educating the HR team and business managers.

• Opportunity to be involved in ad-hoc projects.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resource Management or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or a related field. Generalist HR experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; French is preferred.

• Experience working with Oracle HCM products is beneficial.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and maintain confidentiality.
