This is a flexible, part-time remote role for experienced HR, organizational development, or L&D professionals who want to advise business leaders, shape talent strategies, and help people thrive at work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR and L&D teams to assess needs and design impactful solutions.

• Provide consulting on workforce transformation, talent strategy, employee engagement, and leadership development.

• Support the evaluation and implementation of learning and development programs.

• Advise leaders on change management, organizational design, and people development.

• Contribute insights and best practices to the Skills U expert community.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR, organizational development, or L&D consulting.

• Strong knowledge of HR strategy, workforce transformation, and people development.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to design and deliver practical, measurable people strategies.

• Experience working across industries or with senior HR stakeholders.
