Job Title: HR & Compliance Specialist – Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Compliance Specialist to manage recruitment, employee engagement, labor law compliance, and HR operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, maintain compliance with UAE regulations, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and hiring coordination.

  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker for real-time hiring status.

  • Handle new hire documentation, employee records, and contract issuance.

  • Facilitate employee onboarding programs for seamless integration.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and labor law compliance measures.

  • Manage employee contracts, visa processing, and insurance enrollments.

  • Maintain attendance records, payroll inputs, and HRMS database management.

  • Assist in government-related documentation and PRO support.

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  • Implement employee engagement programs, career development plans, and wellness initiatives.

  • Track and ensure timely completion of employee training and development programs.

  • Work closely with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) teams for workplace compliance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and industry compliance.
✔ Experience in HRMS software, payroll processes, and performance management.
✔ Prior PRO (Public Relations Officer) support experience is a plus.
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
