Job Title: HR Business Partner
Job Description:
A leading Industrial Manufacturing company in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business strategy, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive growth and operational success.

Ensure compliance with global HR standards and UAE labor laws.

Develop and implement employee relations programs to improve retention, satisfaction, and productivity.

Identify and support talent development initiatives to nurture future leaders.

Collaborate with senior management to optimize organizational structure and workforce planning.

Assist in manpower cost management and headcount planning in coordination with payroll.

Drive corporate culture by promoting modern HR practices and engagement strategies.
Requirements:
-
Must be currently based in UAE.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
-
7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5-7 years in an HR Business Partner role.

Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR functions with corporate goals.

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
