Cigna Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee the full employee lifecycle across the Middle East (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Lebanon). This strategic role focuses on aligning business objectives with people initiatives, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational transformation within a multinational healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, and engagement.

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and regional HR teams.

Drive culture, leadership development, and organizational transformation programs.

Conduct talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce optimization.

Oversee compensation, benefits, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Execute HR operations in Workday, including headcount reporting, HR transactions, and metrics.

Support enterprise-wide HR projects and regional initiatives.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.

Experience in multinational and matrixed organizations.

Expertise in employment law, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.

Proficiency in HR systems (Workday preferred) and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent English communication skills.
