HR Assistant – HR Operations & Payroll
Confidential Dubai , UAE

A well-established company in Dubai is hiring an HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with operations, documentation, and payroll processes. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional who can handle employee data management, assist in payroll preparation, and provide administrative HR support. If you have 1–3 years of HR experience, strong Excel skills, and a keen eye for accuracy, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your HR career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and issue HR documents (offer letters, NOCs, increment letters, experience certificates, etc.).

  • Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital).

  • Manage documentation for new hires, exits, and internal transfers.

  • Update employee database and ensure HRMS accuracy.

  • Track attendance, leave, and overtime records.

  • Reconcile attendance data for payroll and prepare salary calculation sheets.

  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation in coordination with finance.

  • Maintain payroll documentation (slips, paysheets, benefits records).

  • Support HR events including onboarding, inductions, training, and engagement activities.

  • Address employee queries and coordinate HR-related communications.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of HR operations or administrative support experience.

  • Knowledge of HRMS/Payroll systems and attendance tools.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (payroll & reporting).

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Salary Offered: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month

Work Type: On-site, Full-time
