Fugro is seeking a highly motivated HR Assistant to join their Human Resources team in Dubai. The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of HR functions, supporting various administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily HR operations, supporting various HR functions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, files, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

• Serve as a liaison between the HR department and employees.

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial phone interviews.

• Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.

• Assist with tasks related to employee medical insurance.

• Support HR projects, including employee surveys and performance reviews.

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in HR documentation.

• Familiarity with HR software such as Workday.

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
