Position Title: HR and Administration Manager

About the Client:
A fast-growing and dynamic real estate brokerage firm in Dubai, committed to excellence in customer service, people management, and operational efficiency.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead all aspects of human resources and oversee daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies in line with overall business goals.

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding.

  • Ensure company policies are compliant with current UAE labor laws and employment regulations.

  • Manage administrative functions such as office facilities, vendor relations, and government coordination.

  • Supervise payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration.

  • Maintain secure and accurate employee records and documentation.

  • Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and manage disciplinary procedures.

  • Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, labor permits, and immigration requirements.

  • Support management in shaping organizational culture and internal communication.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of UAE-based experience in HR and administration.

  • Thorough knowledge of UAE labor law and local HR standards.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.

  • Experience in real estate or a service-oriented business is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin or Chinese language skills are an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
