Meraki Middle East & La Stella Productions is hiring an HR and Admin Executive to oversee the HR and administrative needs of its fabrication unit. The role focuses on managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and fostering a positive, safe, and respectful workplace culture. You will be the bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and promoting employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.

Oversee worker accommodation, transportation, and welfare arrangements.

Address employee grievances and ensure fair resolutions.

Develop initiatives for employee engagement, morale, and well-being.

Organize health & safety awareness programs, wellness activities, and team-building events.

Oversee office administration, supplies, and facility management.

Liaise with government agencies and external service providers for HR/admin matters.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of HR/Admin experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial sectors.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or other worker languages is a plus.
