Meraki Middle East & La Stella Productions is hiring an HR and Admin Executive to oversee the HR and administrative needs of its fabrication unit. The role focuses on managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and fostering a positive, safe, and respectful workplace culture. You will be the bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and promoting employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.

  • Oversee worker accommodation, transportation, and welfare arrangements.

  • Address employee grievances and ensure fair resolutions.

  • Develop initiatives for employee engagement, morale, and well-being.

  • Organize health & safety awareness programs, wellness activities, and team-building events.

  • Oversee office administration, supplies, and facility management.

  • Liaise with government agencies and external service providers for HR/admin matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of HR/Admin experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or other worker languages is a plus.
