Job Title: HR Analyst 

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical HR Analyst to support the development and implementation of data-driven human resource strategies. Based in the United Arab Emirates, this role plays a critical part in shaping organizational culture, enhancing recruitment and retention efforts, and optimizing HR performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies that align with business goals and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and recommend realistic short- and long-term goals, milestones, and KPIs for HR initiatives.

• Analyze workforce data to support strategic decision-making around recruitment, retention, staffing, motivation, and compliance.

• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to improve organizational culture and drive performance.

• Ensure smooth implementation of new HR policies, programs, and initiatives, including ongoing adjustments as needed.

• Collect and compile HR data from diverse sources such as HRIS systems, payroll, employee surveys, and government labor statistics.

• Develop and present comprehensive reports to communicate trends, outcomes, and recommendations.
