Job Title: HR Administrator

About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our HR team in managing daily administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. The role involves managing employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, processing payroll, and supporting HR programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records (offer letters, visas, performance reports, disciplinary actions, etc.) in both hard and soft copies.

  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and personal information.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
  • Assist in the hiring process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

  • Support onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Prepare monthly payroll files and ensure accurate time and attendance records using HRIS & Orion.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and implement necessary action plans.

  • Process sales team incentives (monthly & yearly) and update medical insurance, ticket allowances, and benefits.

  • Respond to payroll and benefits-related inquiries.

Training & Development:
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining training records.

  • Support performance management, including scheduling performance reviews.

Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure HR policies and processes comply with UAE labor laws.

  • Manage store-related documents (Trade License, Establishment Card, AMC, Fire & Safety, etc.) and ensure timely renewals.

  • Evaluate incident reports and implement action plans as needed.

  • Assist in HR audits and compliance-related activities.

Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Support HR in handling employee concerns and resolving workplace issues.

  • Assist in team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and company events.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.

  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and results-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Residence Location: United Arab Emirates

  • Age: 0 – 30 years
