Robert Walters is partnering with an international organization to recruit a UAE National HR Administrator for their Dubai-based office. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for Emirati candidates with strong administrative experience in HR and a good understanding of UAE labor practices.
The selected candidate will provide essential HR administrative support, focusing on visa processing, onboarding and offboarding procedures, documentation, and database management. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional looking to grow within a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Please note: Only UAE Nationals with a Family Book will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees (new joiners and leavers)

Draft and issue official HR documents including salary certificates, NOCs, and visa-related letters

Enter and verify employee data to support accurate payroll processing

Facilitate onboarding processes including document collection and employee orientation

Handle offboarding activities such as exit interviews and final paperwork

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases
-
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Candidate Requirements:

UAE National with valid Family Book
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline

At least 2 years of experience in HR administration

Familiarity with visa processing and HR documentation requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems

Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality

Knowledge of UAE labor law is a plus
