Cipher is seeking a Senior Floral Designer / Floral Design Specialist to lead the creation and execution of innovative floral designs across Dubai and Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on implementing seasonal collections, ensuring design quality and consistency, and guiding florist teams in maintaining the brand’s standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in premium floral or gifting brands, creative expertise, and experience in multi-location operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute floral designs that enhance the client’s product offering.

• Implement seasonal collections and collaborate cross-functionally to meet commercial goals.

• Maintain consistent design quality across multiple regions.

• Train and guide florist teams on new designs, techniques, and seasonal collections.

• Support design rollouts for trending bouquets at scale.

• Translate brand mood boards, style guides, and seasonal plans into finished arrangements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in floral design; experience with premium floral or gifting brands preferred.

• Expertise in creating arrangements from brand guidelines and seasonal collections.

• Experience managing multi-location operations and ensuring design consistency.

• Strong leadership and training abilities to guide florist teams.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in delivering high-quality floral solutions.

Salary:

• Dubai: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month

• Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month
