Hermès is seeking an HR Administrator to join its team in Dubai. This role will focus on employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, visa and work permit support, employee records, compliance, medical insurance, reporting, and offboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR systems, and excellent organizational skills, ensuring smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance and supporting business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding:

Collect and verify new joiner documents (passport, visa, Emirates ID, IBAN, etc.).

Prepare and issue employment contracts and ensure policy acknowledgements.

Coordinate medical tests, visa stamping, and ID issuance.

Register employees with relevant authorities (MOHRE, LMRA, GPSSA).

Inform compensation team of new joiners for payroll updates.
Visa & Work Permit Support:
-
Manage visa applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.

Maintain visa tracker and ensure timely renewals.
-
Provide guidance on visa requirements and documentation.
Employee Records & Documentation:

Maintain accurate and confidential employee files (physical and digital).

Track renewals of visas, work permits, and IDs.

Update HRIS with employee data and maintain compliance.
Compliance & Legal Coordination:

Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies.

Support audits, inspections, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
Medical Insurance:

Enroll new staff in insurance policies and manage renewals/claims.

Coordinate with providers and handle employee insurance queries.
HR Systems & Reporting:

Update HR systems with accurate employee data.

Generate reports on headcount, turnover, and attendance.
Offboarding:

Prepare final settlements as per UAE labor laws.

Coordinate payroll removals, visa cancellations, and property retrieval.

Ensure compliance with notice periods and exit processes.
HR Projects:

Support HR Manager with audits, system updates, and HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of HR administration experience, preferably in multinational or corporate environments.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and HR systems.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
