AMS International UAE is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Family Book) to provide exceptional customer support and service delivery. This on-site role in Abu Dhabi requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound calls and email communications, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely response to queries and escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls:

Answer incoming customer calls promptly and courteously.

Schedule orders as per customer requests and service standards.

Evaluate and manage escalations, providing effective solutions.

Enhance customer loyalty by ensuring a positive experience over the phone.
Emails:

Manage and respond to emails within a 24-hour SLA.

Escalate and track customer complaints when necessary.

Provide personalized and efficient customer support through written communication.
Working Details:

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Working Days: 5 days a week (On-site)

Working Hours: 6 hours daily (5 active hours + 1-hour lunch break)

Salary: AED 5,000 (excluding NAFIS)
