CARMA is seeking an HR/Admin Executive to provide comprehensive HR and administrative support. The role involves handling employee travel arrangements, reference checks, HR operations, document management, medical insurance assistance, and front office management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Management:

Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, visas, and transport for employees.

Maintain accurate travel records and process travel expense reports.

Act as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries.
Employee Reference Checks:
-
Conduct thorough and professional reference checks for new hires.

Document and summarize reference check findings for hiring managers.
HR Generalist Support:
-
Assist with HR administrative tasks, recruitment, and interview scheduling.
-
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation.

Maintain and update employee records in ConnectHR.
-
Address HR-related employee inquiries and escalate complex issues.
Document Management & Data Maintenance:
-
Maintain and organize HR records, contracts, and confidential documents.

Update and manage HR reports and dashboards.
Medical Insurance Support:
-
Assist in employee medical insurance enrollment, renewals, and claims.

Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
Front Office & Reception Management:

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling calls.

Oversee mail handling, office supplies, and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of HR/Admin experience, including travel coordination and reference checks.

Experience in HRIS systems (preferably WebHR).
-
Familiarity with medical insurance processes.
-
Arabic proficiency is essential; English is a plus.
