Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive who brings a strong understanding of Human Resources, Office Administration, and MIS reporting. If you’re organized, people-friendly, and skilled with data analysis, this is your opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic team in Dubai.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and compliance files.

  • Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination.

  • Support employee welfare, training, and engagement initiatives.

Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and logistics.

  • Manage vendor coordination and administrative expense tracking.

  • Organize meetings, company events, and employee travel arrangements.

MIS & Reporting:

  • Prepare and update dashboards for HR and admin data.

  • Maintain and analyze records related to attendance, payroll, and HR KPIs.

  • Generate actionable reports to support management decision-making.


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin (experience in MIS reporting is a strong plus).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and HRMS/ERP tools.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
