Dubai Careers – A Smart Dubai Initiative is seeking a Housing Supervisor to manage and oversee housing operations for clients at the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children. This role ensures smooth registration, accommodation allocation, and the well-being of residents, including emergency handling and coordination of recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution of rooms during client check-in and check-out.

• Conduct client orientation sessions, including tariff policies and housing procedures.

• Ensure clients receive appropriate medical treatment and emergency measures are in place.

• Assist the Resident Case Manager in executing recreational events for clients.

• Coordinate logistics related to client movements and housing activities.

• Supervise the movement of clients between rooms and maintain accurate records.

• Conduct periodic inspections of housing facilities to ensure safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Secondary school education.

• Experience in medical hospitality services.

• Strong organizational and supervision skills.

• Ability to work effectively with vulnerable populations.
