This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage staff, and ensure that the property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining discretion and professionalism in a private household environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff to ensure high-quality cleaning standards.

• Oversee laundry operations, ensuring garments and linens are well-maintained.

• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness, order, and upkeep.

• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members to achieve operational excellence.

• Collaborate with other departments for seamless household operations.

• Respond promptly to family and guest service requests with discretion and professionalism.

• Maintain housekeeping supplies inventory and ensure efficient usage.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in housekeeping and supervisory roles.

• Knowledge of laundry operations and household cleaning standards.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
