Primary Responsibilities:

Guest Room Duties:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms.

• Make beds and dust furniture.

• Inspect and report electrical equipment issues.

• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies.

• Check and secure rooms, including minibar checks.

• Carry out additional duties as instructed by supervisors.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks with diligence and attention to detail.

• Report guest complaints, lost & found items, or damages to supervisors.

• Attend daily briefings, meetings, and training sessions.

• Conserve hotel resources such as supplies, water, and electricity.

• Adhere strictly to company rules and policies.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Report to work well-groomed and in full uniform.

• Communicate politely with guests and colleagues.

• Understand usage of cleaning materials, supplies, and tools.

• Stay informed about promotions, forms, and procedures.

• Listen attentively to guest needs and respond effectively.

• Continuously develop new ideas and improve service techniques.

• Confirm guest satisfaction and escalate issues promptly.

Commercial Responsibilities:

• Represent the hotel in a professional and friendly manner.

• Promote the hotel’s image to clients, guests, and partners.

• Participate in community events and activities.

Team and Human Resources Collaboration:

• Maintain good relationships within and across departments.

• Support team members and foster collaboration.

Other Duties:

• Embrace continuous personal development via Individual Development Plans (IDP).

• Handle any tasks assigned by superiors.

• Ensure confidentiality of all data and communications.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma

• No prior experience required (training provided)

• Knowledge of housekeeping operations is a plus

• Basic English communication skills

• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work attitude
