Job Responsibilities

🛏️ Room Cleaning & Service – Maintain guest rooms & bathrooms to the highest hygiene standards.
🎖️ VIP Service – Replenish VIP gifts and ensure special guest requests are met.
🧹 Linen & Supplies Management – Replace bed linens, guest amenities, and vacuum rooms daily.
📜 Reporting & Documentation – Log serviced rooms and report maintenance issues.
🌷 Flower & Plant Care – Assist in maintaining guest room décor.
🚮 Waste Disposal & Lost Property Handling – Follow hotel procedures for waste and lost items.
🔑 Key Handling – Maintain key security and follow signing protocols.
🧼 Stock Management & Deep Cleaning – Assist in inventory checks and special cleaning projects.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Experience: 1-2 years in a 4/5-star hotel housekeeping role.
✅ Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
✅ English Communication: Strong verbal & written skills.
✅ Technical Skills: Ability to use hotel software & POS systems.
✅ Teamwork & Multitasking: Work independently while maintaining collaborative teamwork.
