As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the resort maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by keeping rooms spotless, well-presented, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and maintained to high standards.

Maintain attention to detail, ensuring items are in place, pillows are well arranged, and surfaces are spotless.

Support smooth housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to deliver excellent service.

Proactively assist in creating memorable experiences for guests.
Skills & Qualifications:

Positive and flexible attitude with a “Yes I Can!” mindset.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Team-oriented with a passion for customer service.

Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
