Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to provide exceptional service, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing housekeeping operations while upholding the hotel’s Heartists® culture and Accor’s high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Organizing:

Plan cleaning schedules according to Room Status Sheets.

Ensure housekeeping trolleys are fully stocked and organized.
-
Maintain strong knowledge of the local area to assist guests.
Operations:
-
Thorough understanding of room services, cleaning products, and tools.
-
Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and offices are clean and organized.
-
Monitor operating supplies and reduce waste or breakage.
-
Handle Lost & Found items and maintain proper documentation.
-
Follow safety, hygiene, and lifting protocols.
-
Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
-
Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
Administration:

Use duty shift checklists to complete assigned tasks.

Safeguard confidential records and follow hotel policies.
Generic Aspects:

Adhere to fire, hygiene, health, and safety policies.

Respect environmental sustainability initiatives.

Maintain professional conduct and hotel values in all interactions.
Qualifications / Skills:

Warm, caring, and professional personality.

Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.

Strong organizational skills and time management.

Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
