They are currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role is integral to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction within the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms daily in line with hotel standards.

• Make beds, replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and surfaces.

• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, elevators, corridors, and lounges.

• Keep housekeeping carts and storage rooms tidy and stocked.

• Respond to guest requests quickly and courteously.

• Handle guest belongings carefully and follow lost-and-found procedures.

• Ensure proper stock of fresh linens, towels, and amenities.

• Report shortages or damages to supervisors for replenishment.

• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and hotel regulations at all times.

• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Diploma or vocational degree in hospitality preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.

• Currently based in the UAE and willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah if required.

• Ability to join immediately is an advantage.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Good communication and guest service skills.

• Physical stamina to handle long shifts with walking, bending, and lifting.
