Hilton is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to join its team at DoubleTree by Hilton Jumeirah in Dubai. The role involves supporting housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring guest satisfaction through timely service, maintaining brand standards, and assisting with departmental tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties in line with Hilton brand standards.

• Monitor and maintain the appearance, performance, and standards of housekeeping operations.

• Provide exceptional guest service and respond to requests promptly.

• Coordinate daily room availability and ensure timely guest service.

• Manage departmental controls such as employee schedules, master keys, linens, and uniforms.

• Process guest laundry requests and ensure timely release of cleaned clothing.

• Maintain lost & found records and manage donations when applicable.

• Assist in monthly laundry expense reporting and support laundry attendants during absences.

• Organize flowers or special linen embroidery for guest occasions (weddings, anniversaries, etc.).

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Good verbal and written communication abilities.

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems (intermediate level).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and commitment to high service standards.

• Prior hospitality industry experience is a plus.
