We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our exceptional team. This role requires delivering personalized housekeeping services in suites and public areas, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver courteous, professional service to both internal and external guests at all times.

• Maintain a high level of personal grooming and hygiene.

• Clean assigned guest suites and bathrooms thoroughly and efficiently, adhering to resort standards.

• Replenish guest supplies and make necessary room arrangements.

• Attend daily briefings before starting the shift.

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

• Inspect and report any damage, missing items, or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors and coordinators.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all assigned areas including corridors, stairways, service pantries, and back-of-house.

• Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.

• Ensure trolleys, linen, supplies, and cleaning equipment are in good working condition and neatly arranged.

• Provide proper turndown service in accordance with standard procedures.

• Conduct deep cleaning of rooms as per housekeeping schedules.

• Adhere to fire, hygiene, health, and safety regulations of the resort.

• Attend scheduled training and team communication meetings.

• Maintain accurate daily worksheets and update records of additional guest requests.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

• Diploma or vocational certification in Hotel or Hospitality Management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel in a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Capable of working effectively both independently and in a team environment.
