They are hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to join their team and help maintain the hotel’s exceptional cleanliness and guest experience standards. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, staff areas, corridors, and storage spaces per SOP and brand standards.

• Maintain housekeeping trolleys and stock cupboards efficiently.

• Report damages, stains, missing items, or maintenance needs immediately.

• Handle lost & found items following hotel procedures.

• Ensure responsible use and safeguarding of room keys.

• Complete daily room checklists and report DND or vacant rooms.

• Greet guests courteously and respond to requests efficiently.

• Participate in briefings, team training, and onboarding new staff.

• Prepare amenities and assist in delivering personalized guest experiences.

• Conduct daily linen and in-room inventory checks.

• Follow all health, safety, and fire protocols.

• Maintain grooming and uniform standards at all times.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests and team members.

• Able to work independently and follow instructions as needed.

• Flexible, adaptable, and maintains a positive attitude under pressure.
