GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center, a pioneering healthcare facility in Dubai, is hiring a Housekeeper for an immediate start. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will ensure that all clinic areas meet high standards of hygiene, safety, and organization in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain patient care areas, offices, waiting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

• Ensure proper disposal of medical and non-medical waste, following safety and infection control protocols.

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and medical equipment.

• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and materials.

• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents to the Clinic Operations Manager.

• Assist in preparing rooms for patient consultations or procedures when required.

• Follow all infection control and hygiene programs as per clinic policies and UAE healthcare standards.

• Support smooth clinic operations by maintaining a tidy and professional environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
