SIRA is currently hiring a professional and welcoming Hotel Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. As the first point of contact for hotel guests, the ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable guest experience.
This position requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel booking systems.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails with proper etiquette.

Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, room availability, and local attractions.

Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.

Maintain front desk security and comply with data protection standards.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality is a plus).

Proficiency in receptionist duties and reservation systems.
