AJT Group is currently seeking a skilled Hot Foil Stamping Operator for a full-time, on-site role at their facility in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating hot foil stamping machines and be capable of delivering precision, quality, and efficiency in a high-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain hot foil stamping machines such as Bobst, Heidelberg, Gietz, Kluge, or similar.

• Perform precision tasks including aligning dies, registering foils, and adjusting pressure, temperature, and dwell time.

• Support overall print production processes including bindery and inkjet tasks.

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and maintain machine efficiency.

• Follow detailed customer specifications and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with the production team and independently when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2 to 10 years of experience operating hot foil stamping machinery.

• Experience in related processes such as embossing, debossing, or die-cutting is a plus.

• Ability to understand and follow work orders, technical drawings, and quality control procedures.

• Good mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.

• Attention to detail and a high level of precision.

• Willingness to work in a noisy, fast-paced, and occasionally hot manufacturing environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to production demands.

• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Work Conditions:
