About the Role:

As a Hostess at Saffron, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is to create a positive and welcoming impression by greeting guests upon arrival, managing the waitlist, informing guests of wait times, escorting them to tables, and bidding them farewell. You will engage guests with natural conversation, demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, and work efficiently as a team player in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage guest waitlists and inform guests about wait times accurately.

• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.

• Maintain smooth flow and organization of seating during busy periods.

• Engage guests in friendly conversation and provide exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance food and beverage knowledge.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hostess role, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.

• International exposure is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work positively and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Warm, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
