They are seeking a Hostess – Bar to be the welcoming face of their stylish bar, ensuring guests receive a warm, sophisticated, and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to their seats to ensure a smooth and comfortable start to their visit.

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to balance guest preferences with table flow, maintaining a relaxed atmosphere.

• Communicate effectively with bar staff and management regarding guest updates and preferences for seamless service.

• Engage guests by answering questions and accommodating special requests professionally and graciously.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the bar area in line with luxury standards.

• Assist in coordinating special events and private bookings, ensuring flawless execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality settings such as luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or exclusive beach clubs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to enhance guest interactions.

• Proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software.

• Understanding of sophisticated service protocols to ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
