The role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, ensuring a smooth dining experience, and collaborating with the restaurant staff. A customer-focused, dynamic individual is needed to provide excellent service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Manage reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated comfortably.

• Monitor table rotation to optimize seating efficiency and minimize wait times.

• Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow.

• Maintain an organized and clean reception area.

• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve customer concerns or complaints.

• Collaborate with the food and beverage team for overall operational support.

• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.

• Excellent guest service skills and customer-focused attitude.

• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

• Proficiency in using reservation management systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic math skills for managing reservations and table assignments.
