Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression

• Manage reservations, seating charts, and walk-ins with efficiency

• Escort guests to tables and communicate wait times when needed

• Provide information on menu items and restaurant concept

• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining area

• Coordinate with service and management teams to ensure smooth operations

• Collaborate with team members during busy hours for optimal service

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a hostess or customer-facing role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, poised, and service-oriented personality

• Ability to remain composed under pressure

• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
