Job Description:

We are seeking five (5) professional and welcoming Hostesses to join the opening team of a luxury Italian restaurant located in the heart of Dubai. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of an elite hospitality team, offering world-class dining and service.

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your role will be essential in creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, inviting, and professional atmosphere for guests

• Manage reservations, confirm bookings, and update reservation logs

• Communicate with guests to confirm details and ensure special requests are accommodated

• Assist with daily restaurant operations including answering calls, taking orders, handling payments, and preparing bills

• Coordinate with servers to ensure guests are promptly seated

• Liaise with the kitchen to guarantee timely preparation and delivery of dishes

Qualifications:

• Female, 35 years old and below

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

• Excellent and clear English communication skills

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Hostess in an Italian restaurant or luxury fine-dining establishment

• Experience in Italian pre-opening operations is an advantage

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Salary: Up to 7.8K AED plus service charge, tips, and upselling incentives
