Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Arabic-speaking Male Host to join our restaurant team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by ensuring warm greetings, efficient seating arrangements, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.

• Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments efficiently.

• Present menus, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.

• Address guest inquiries regarding menu items, special dietary needs, and restaurant services.

• Ensure prompt food and beverage delivery while maintaining a smooth workflow.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and ensure tables are properly set.

• Process payments efficiently while handling transactions with accuracy.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming and organized restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Male candidate with Arabic language proficiency.

• Prior experience as a restaurant host, server, or front-of-house staff (preferred).

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
