Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Hospital Secretary to support the Unit Operations Head and Medical Director in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, scheduling, and confidential information while ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and coordinate calendars for the Unit Operations Head & Medical Director, scheduling meetings and appointments.

Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and manage urgent inquiries professionally.

Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, documentation, and correspondence.

Conduct research as needed and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and statistical documents.

Manage confidential information requests, office correspondence, and documentation.

Prepare and maintain physician attendance, schedules, and roster management.

Coordinate clinical privileging, OPPE, and FPPE processes in collaboration with the Medical Director.

Liaise with the call center for schedule updates, physician onboarding, and communication.

Arrange travel itineraries and handle expense reporting.

Ensure compliance with quality improvement and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Prior experience in hospital administration or healthcare settings is a plus.

Salary: AED4,000 – AED4,500 per month
