Aldar Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teacher for Al Mushrif KG Charter School for the academic year 2025/26. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education, excellent classroom management skills, and a commitment to developing young learners in a positive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Learning:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.

• Organize classroom provisions and learning resources to create an interactive and inspiring environment.

• Plan, prepare, and present sessions that cater to different learning abilities.

• Encourage student participation with enthusiastic and imaginative teaching methods.

• Observe and assess student progress in line with school assessments.

• Collaborate with specialists such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists when required.

Assessment & Data Management:

• Take responsibility for the progress of students in the classroom.

• Use Target Tracker for assessment and progress tracking.

• Analyze assessment data to influence planning and intervention strategies.

• Provide feedback to parents and carers during Parent-Teacher Conferences and other meetings.

Classroom & Behavior Management:

• Maintain a structured and positive classroom environment.

• Implement school behavior policies to ensure student engagement and discipline.

• Act as a role model by demonstrating positive attitudes, values, and behaviors.

• Promote self-control and independence in all learners.

• Participate in school-wide duties and activities as directed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Early Childhood or Child Development Studies).

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a KG Teacher.

• Experience with the American Curriculum is an advantage.

• Experience working with students who speak English as a second language is preferred.

• Candidates on a Spouse Visa are preferred.

• Passion for teaching and commitment to holistic child development.

• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.

• Active involvement in extracurricular activities is a plus.

• Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) check or police clearance.
