Care Bridge is seeking Home Care Nurses to provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes across Abu Dhabi. The role includes administering medication, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, wound care management, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Excellent communication and empathy towards patients and families are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care in patients’ homes.

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.

• Assist patients with daily activities and mobility.

• Manage wound care and implement individualized care plans.

• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams for holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and families.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Nursing qualification and Home Care experience required.

• Skilled in patient care, medication administration, and wound management.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Experience in home healthcare is mandatory.
