We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurses to join our growing healthcare team across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have up to 6 years of experience, we welcome professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in home settings.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough health assessments and create personalized care plans.

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage treatment regimens.

• Perform wound care, support post-operative recovery, and promote healing.

• Provide health education to clients and families for disease prevention and lifestyle improvements.

• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.

• Accurately maintain electronic health records (EHRs) and document any change in condition or care.

🎓 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate School. Additional Home Health Nursing Certification is a strong advantage.

• Experience: 0–6 years in nursing (home care experience preferred but not required).

• Proficiency in EHR systems and telehealth technologies.

• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.

• Demonstrates empathy, cultural sensitivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Good physical fitness to assist patients in daily tasks and mobility support.

• Able to work independently and make timely decisions under pressure.
