Go Kite Travel & Tours LLC, one of the leading travel and tourism companies in the UAE with a strong global presence, is hiring a Holidays Consultant – Operations to join its Dubai team. This role requires an experienced professional with expertise in handling holiday packages, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless client experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of travel operations, GDS systems, and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operational processes for outbound holiday bookings.

• Prepare and customize itineraries according to client preferences.

• Handle reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, and travel insurance.

• Coordinate with DMCs, suppliers, and service providers to ensure flawless service delivery.

• Prepare accurate travel documents, vouchers, and confirmations.

• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and costings.

• Manage amendments, cancellations, and operational challenges efficiently.

• Provide client assistance during travel, especially in emergencies or disruptions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational SOPs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of holiday packages, global destinations, and travel operations.

• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and handle pressure.

• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in holiday operations with a travel agency/tour operator.

• Experience handling FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and group bookings.

• Knowledge of visa processes, travel insurance, and international travel regulations.
