Springfield Travel, a leading travel and tourism company, is seeking an experienced Holiday / International Visa Consultant to join their dynamic team in the UAE. The company specializes in personalized holiday packages and visa support services for clients across the globe. This role involves assisting clients with visa documentation, designing tailored holiday packages, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with international visa requirements and documentation for various countries

• Design and customize holiday packages based on client needs

• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service and support throughout the visa and holiday process

• Stay updated on global visa regulations, travel guidelines, and industry best practices

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Holiday Consultant or Visa Consultant

• Strong knowledge of holiday destinations and international visa documentation

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and maintain professional relationships

• Flexibility to work in shifts if required

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the UAE

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,000 – 4,000 plus attractive commissions
