We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Holiday Homes Reservations Agent to manage bookings, assist guests, and optimize property listings on Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut. If you have a background in hospitality, reservations, or customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and payment processing.

• Manage booking calendars to maximize occupancy.

• List, update, and optimize property listings on Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut.

• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests for a seamless experience.

• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• UAE resident with prior experience in holiday home reservations.

• Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle platforms.

• Experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
