As a key leadership role, the HOD – Sterile will be responsible for overseeing technical training, aligning GMP practices, participating in audits, and collaborating with various departments to enhance quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and continuously enhance training programs for technical staff.

• Conduct training sessions on various GxP topics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in GxP-regulated environments.

• Certified trainer credentials are preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership, team development, and change management skills.
