TASC Outsourcing is seeking motivated UAE National candidates for the role of Industrial Engineer. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for recent graduates or those with limited experience eager to grow their career in industrial engineering within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing production workflows to identify efficiency improvements.

• Support the design, development, and implementation of optimized processes, layouts, and systems.

• Collect and analyze data related to production rates, capacity, and resource utilization.

• Prepare time studies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) under supervision.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain, to resolve bottlenecks.

• Contribute to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen improvement projects.

• Assist with inventory control, cost analysis, and process documentation.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience including internships, academic projects, or vocational training.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with industrial engineering tools such as time-motion studies, workflow analysis, and process mapping.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CAD or simulation software is an advantage.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
