Job Title: Shawarma Chef / Grill Cook

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Shawarma Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of preparing and cooking authentic shawarma using traditional techniques, ensuring top quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of shawarma items (beef, chicken, etc.) using rotisserie or grill techniques.

• Marinate meats according to established recipes and standards.

• Ensure food is cooked and served at the right temperature and in a hygienic environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area.

• Assist with kitchen duties and food prep when required.

• Follow health and safety guidelines and uphold food quality standards.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in shawarma cooking and grilling.

• Ability to handle high-volume kitchen operations efficiently.

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: Prior experience as a shawarma chef or grill cook.

• Nationality: Open

• Location: UAE-based candidates preferred.
